We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

Information is collected when you create an account, use the App’s features, or when the App automatically generates diagnostic data during normal operation.

a) Account Information

To use Enoa, users must sign in. We collect:

  • A unique user identifier (such as a Firebase UID) used to associate your data with your account

  • Depending on your sign-in method (e.g. Sign in with Apple), an email address may be provided

If an email address is provided, it is used only for account identification, communication, and support purposes.

b) App Usage Data

We store data related to how you use the App, including:

  • Focus sessions

  • Streaks and progress

  • App-related statistics and preferences

This data is collected solely to provide the App’s core functionality.

c) Diagnostics & Analytics

Enoa may collect limited diagnostics and performance data (such as crash reports or performance metrics) to improve app stability and performance.

This data:

  • Is not used for advertising or tracking

  • Is not used to build user profiles

  • Does not personally identify you

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Enoa offers optional paid subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store

  • We do not collect or store payment card details

  • Subscription status may be stored to determine access to premium features

All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

4. Permissions

Enoa may request the following system permissions:

  • Screen Time / Family Controls
    Used solely to enable focus and app-blocking functionality

  • Notifications
    Used to send reminders, alerts, and app-related notifications

These permissions are never used for tracking or advertising purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be processed by trusted third-party services strictly for app functionality, including:

  • Authentication and account management (e.g. Firebase)

  • Cloud data storage (e.g. Firestore)

  • Subscription management (e.g. RevenueCat)

  • Diagnostics and analytics

These third-party services process data only on our behalf and are required to provide the same or an equivalent level of data protection as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable laws and Apple’s App Store guidelines.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the App’s functionality.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. When you delete your account, your personal data and associated content are permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request correction or deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable

You may exercise these rights by deleting your account within the App or by contacting us at enoaoffice@gmail.com

8. Children’s Privacy

Enoa is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
