Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Enoa mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Martin Zivkovic, Serbia (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Enoa is a focus and productivity service designed to help users reduce distractions, track focus sessions, and view progress over time through statistics, achievements, and ranks.

The Service may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features to improve functionality or comply with legal or platform requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Account deletion permanently removes your account data, except where retention is required by law.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Enoa offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Key points:

  • Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID

  • Subscription prices and durations are shown in the App Store

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

  • Deleting your Enoa account does not automatically cancel an active subscription

The Developer does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • Abuse, exploit, or misuse features of the Service

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

6. Availability & Changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons, and may update or change features at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Required by law or platform rules

  • The Service is discontinued

Termination of access does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided without guarantees regarding outcomes, productivity improvements, or results.

Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
