By downloading or using Enoa (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Enoa is a focus and productivity application that helps users manage screen usage, track focus sessions, and build consistent habits using system-level permissions.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to bypass its protections.
4. Subscriptions
Enoa offers optional paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
Pricing and billing periods are shown in the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
No refunds are issued by us directly; Apple’s policies apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the App’s functionality
Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in Enoa are owned by Alex Alexis and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
7. Availability & Changes
We may:
Modify or discontinue features
Update the App
Change these Terms
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
